1. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINES

All garments are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from our fulfillment facilities in India. Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are queued for processing on the following business day.

2. TRANSIT & DELIVERY TIMES

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch.
• Rest of India: 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch.
• Primary Logistics Partners: Delhivery, Blue Dart, Express Air.

3. SHIPPING FEES

• Prepaid Orders: Complimentary (FREE) express shipping across India.
• Standard Delivery Fee: ₹99 on applicable promotional or specific release tiers.

4. REAL-TIME TRACKING

Once your garment is dispatched, an automated transmission containing your tracking number and live courier link will be dispatched via SMS and Email.

5. UNDELIVERED & RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO) SHIPMENTS

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing contact number, or failure to accept delivery after 3 carrier attempts, the package will return to our hub. Re-dispatch requests will incur a flat re-shipping fee of ₹120.
